BB&S Privacy with Picket Top styles, Martinsville, Dover, Darlington, Chichago, and Seekonk, have common traits. These styles are available in 4 colors - White, Almond, Clay and Stone. The top rail is 2" x 3-1/2", the mid and bottom rails are a 2" x 6" decorative (deco) design. These styles have 7/8" x 6" interlocking tongue and groove boards that insert into the pockets of the deco rails. The top and mid rails are also routed to accept a 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" picket. See specific names for actual design specifications. All bottom rails have an extruded aluminum reinforcement inserted for added strength and to deter fence sag.

Woodland Picket Top

The Woodland Series privacy with picket top is a wood grain style fence. It is available in 2 colors - Chestnut Brown and Weathered Cedar. The top rail is 2" x 3-1/2", the mid and bottom rail are a 2" x 6-1/2" detail rail. The 1" x 8" tongue and groove boards have a v-groove in the center of the face to give the appearance of a 4" board and are inserted into the pocket of the rails for a secure fit. The bottom rail has an extruded aluminum insert in the rail for added strength and deter fence sag. The pickets are 1-3/8" x 1-3/8". This style is available in 5 picket types; a closed top design, or an open top is available in a level, scalloped, arched, or stepped designs.
